It is a moment of profound pride and responsibility as I assume the office of the Registrar at Shri Krishna AYUSH University (SKAU), Kurukshetra. Having witnessed the university’s journey since its early days of incubation, I am honored to now lead its administrative efforts as we transition into a new era of academic and clinical excellence.The AYUSH Paradigm: Modernity Rooted in Tradition Our university stands at a unique crossroads of heritage and innovation. The rationale for SKAU in the holy land of Kurukshetra is to establish an institution of international repute that serves as a global beacon for the AYUSH systems (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy).
While we embrace the scientific advancements of the West, we remain steadfast in our belief that the indigenous Indian philosophy of life—which emphasizes the holistic well-being of every individual—is essential for true development. We must remain deeply connected to our roots and ethical bindings, proving that traditional wisdom is not just our past, but a vital part of the global future of healthcare.
