The Samhita Siddhant Department is the foundation of Ayurvedic education, dedicated to the systematic study of classical texts such as Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and Ashtanga Hridaya. The department focuses on understanding fundamental principles (Siddhanta), Padartha Vijnana, and Ayurvedic Darshana, enabling students to interpret original Sanskrit verses with clarity and clinical relevance. Emphasis is laid on integrating traditional knowledge with modern research methodologies. Through seminars, textual discussions, manuscript study, and interdisciplinary research, the department nurtures critical thinking and scholarly excellence.
