Rog Nidan and Vikriti Vigyan department is an important department of Ayurveda, focussing on diagnostic aspects and deals with both ancient method of diagnosis and relevant modern investigations. The department is involved in conducting various Laboratory diagnostic investigations, Pathological tests, E.C.G., X-Ray etc. for patient care. A well-equipped laboratory is attached with this department for that particular purpose.
Rog Nidan involves developing subtle skills of Pulse Diagnosis (Nadi- Pariksha) and other subjective methods to understand the subtle interaction between the body and mind in health and disease. Rogi Pariksha by Trividha, Chaturvidha, Shadvidha, Ashtvidha and Dashvidha making a possible effort in early diagnosis of a disease.
